Steven is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #46810) and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management. He is a two-time Cisco Live Distinguished Speaker and regularly presents on hospitality networking, Wi-Fi innovation, security, cloud-managed infrastructure, and the future of connected hotels. His passion lies in translating complex technology into practical business outcomes that improve both guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Throughout his career, Steven has partnered with leading hospitality companies including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, helping guide large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving secure networking, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, cloud-managed infrastructure, IoT, physical security, and AI-driven operations. He is particularly passionate about how technology can enhance every stage of the guest journey-from booking and arrival to the in-room experience and back-of-house operations. Long before working with some of the world's largest hotel brands, Steven developed his passion for hospitality while working in the restaurant industry during college.
